There arc many recent legal changes and developments in the areas of disclosure of information, notification requirements under TUPE 2006, and the effects of new technologies on the protection of employee data. Macdonald explores these effectively in the new edition emphasising that all have an impact on employers and lack of compliance has serious consequences.
