About the authors
Clive Thorne is a partner at Arnold and Porter where he heads the Intellectual Property practice in the London office. He has over 30 years experience of intellectual property and arbitration in the UK and Asia and has acted for parties in many of the leading cases of recent years.
Simon Bennett is a partner with Fox Williams solicitors, where he advises clients within the fashion industry on protection of their designs and other intellectual property. He has acted for clients in the luxury goods sector and in particular design and copyright infringement matters related to clothing and apparel.
