About the author:
Bart Daly started his career as a practising barrister before founding his first law publishing company, The Round Hall Press in 1981. He was editor and founder of several leading law publications such as the Irish Law Reports Monthly, Irish Law Times and the Irish Times Law Reports. He founded his present law publishing company, First Law in 1999 and this company has been innovative in online law publishing in Ireland. He is editor of several law books, the most recent being the Irish Courts Guide (2009) First Law Lonsdale.
