Andrew Chambers is Professor of Corporate Governance at London South Bank University. He has been described by The Times as ‘a worldwide authority on corporate governance’. In 2010 he was appointed the Specialist Advisor to the House of Lords’ Economic Affairs Select Committee’s Inquiry into Auditors: Market concentration in their role. He is deputy chair of Fédération des Experts Comptables Européen’s (FEE’s) Corporate Governance and Company Law standing Working Party (Brussels). Andrew is a judge for three annual awards: Hawkamah’s Bank Corporate Governance Awards in the MENESA region, ICSA Hermes Transparency in Governance Awards, and Incisive Media’s British Accounting Awards.
