Part II sets out statutes and statutory instruments relating to CCT. Part III covers EC material and includes the Council Decision approving the Agreement establishing the WTO and the text of the Government Procurement Agreement. The revision of the EC proposal to amend the Services, Supplies and Works directives is reproduced in an Appendix. Helpful lists of guidance material issued by UK Government Agencies and the European Commission are included at the end of each Part.
