an economics graduate of Trinity College Dublin, is head of the Banking Group in Arthur Cox. Admitted as a solicitor in 1979, William has extensive experience in banking and finance transactions in particular bond and other debt finance transactions, tier 1 capital issues, syndicated loans, aircraft finance, secured lending, consumer credit and bank regulation.

Orla O’Connor

a law graduate of Trinity College Dublin and Oxford University, is a partner in Arthur Cox and head of a group which advises on bank regulation and financing arrangements.

Charlotte Henry

a law graduate of Victoria University Wellington, New Zealand, is an associate in Arthur Cox working out of their London office advising on finance and structured finance.
