Missing Issues and Pages

Bloomsbury Professional will happily provide replacements for missing or damaged pages, guide cards or binders for any of our looseleaf titles.

Checklists are usually filed toward the back of the last binder and are essential in ensuring that your mainwork contains the correct pages and relevant information.

Once you have worked through the checklist if you have anything missing that needs replacing please contact our Customer Services department:

Please ensure that you provide the following information:

Title of Looseleaf
Delivery Name and Address
Invoice Name and Address
Contact Telephone Number
Email address
Account Number if known
Binder Number, Division and page numbers/issue numbers
Binder or division number for any missing guide cards, titles cards or spine labels

Any item ordered will be delivered within 15 working days.

If you have not received an entire issue please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist. Please note that replacement of whole issues or large quantities of pages may incur a charge.
