Colin Paul qualified as a solicitor and practised in the City for over 25 years, firstly with a major firm, then in-house for ten years with leading investment banks before returning to private practice as a partner in the banking group at SJ Berwin. He was subsequently a visiting lecturer in debt finance at a number of universities including University of the West of England and SOAS University of London.
