Gerard Forlin QC was educated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge and the LSE. He is General Editor of "Corporate Liability: work related deaths and criminal prosecutions" (Bloomsbury 3rd edition 2012). He specialises in health and safety, environmental, regulatory, corporate manslaughter, aviation and transport. He also works in Singapore where he has a room in Maxwell Chambers and in Australia where he works in Denman Chambers in Sydney. He has published over 90 articles and has lectured, consulted and practised in over 40 countries. When he has time, he keeps fit by swimming.
