Leonidas Cheliotis is Assistant Professor of Criminology at the Department of Social Policy, London School of Economics and Political Science. In 2016 Leonidas won the prestigious Adam Podgòrecki Prize. The prize is awarded biannually by the International Sociological Association (Sociology of Law Section) 'for outstanding achievements in socio-legal research within ten years following completion of a doctorate degree'.
