Liam Thornton is a lecturer in law and director of clinical legal education in the School of Law, UCD. Liam has published on human rights law, social security law and European law. His book, The Socio-Economic Rights of Asylum Seekers in International and European Law, will be published by Routledge in early 2015. Liam is a graduate of University College Cork (BCL International and PhD) and the University of Ulster (Postgraduate Cert in Higher Ed Prac).
