Helen Johnson

Helen Johnson is a Barrister-at-Law, specialising in intellectual property and franchising. She has contributed a number of journal articles and book chapters in this area and is the author of A Guide to Trade Mark Law and Practice in Ireland (2011). She also lectures at the Law Society of Ireland, where she helped to design the diploma on Trade Mark law.
