Dr Mary Rogan BL is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, Trinity College and a former practising barrister. She is an internationally recognised and published author on prison policy, prison law and human rights in prison. She has been awarded two grants by the European Research Council for her work on prison inspection, complaints and litigation.
