How do I return an item?

We guarantee the quality of all products purchased from our bookshop. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt of your package for a full refund of the purchase price.  Please be advised that all of our print on demand titles and looseleaf main work sets are sold as firm sales only and are non-refundable.

If a return is due to an error on our part, then please contact us for a pre-paid returns label.

If you would like to return an item, please email our Customer Services Department at customerservices@bloomsburyprofessional.com and we will provide you with our returns instructions.

Instructions for returning items are also included on the despatch paperwork accompanying all Bloomsbury Professional orders.

We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting receipt when returning items as Bloomsbury Professional will not be held liable for lost returns.
