Professor G Brian Hutchinson is associate professor of law at UCD Sutherland School of Law, University College Dublin where he specialises in Company and Commercial Law and Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has written extensively, lectured and consulted domestically and internationally, and is a ministerial appointee to the statutory Company Law Review Group.
