Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 Nigel has advised on circa 250 transactions. In most of these transactions Nigel has advised shareholders on the sale of their private companies to a range of buyers including UK public companies, private equity investors and overseas companies. Nigel has worked for large international accounting firms and since 2007 has run Hurst Corporate Finance part of Hurst Accountants Limited a leading independent accounting practice in the North West of England. Nigel is highly respected in the North West corporate finance market and is regularly quoted in the trade press and asked to speak at industry conferences.
